Start with a half cup to 1 cup of oatmeal, depending on your carb goals for the day

Add 1 to 2 cans of tuna, depending on your protein goals for the day

Add a scoop of peanut butter for some fat and a little protein

Add Italian giardiniera, preferably hot but mild if you do not like the heat

Taste and add a splash of hot sauce of your choosing

This is an excellent meal for when you’re lifting heavy, have macros to hit, and are looking to spend money wisely. RULE - do not make this in an office.
